Nearest Station - East Croydon, then a 2 mins tram ride ( or 10 min bus ride ) to Lebanon Road and walk past the pub, its the road before the traffic lights. Buses can be caught the main bus stop outside east croydon staton : Stop E1 - 119, 194, 198; Stop E3 - 466.

Notes	Susan is an expert in teaching students how to attain the upright posture - to ‘suspend the head by the golden thread’, an intrinsic aspect of Taiji and Qi Gong practice to improve students alignment in movement and reduce tension to a minimum to allow the free flow of vital energy through the energy centres (Dantians) and collaterals (Meridians) of the body. Susan teaches Taiji and Qi Gong to remove physical defects, to strengthen the health and improve vitality, to increase self awareness, clear the mind and develop the spirit. Lessons are for individuals, though Susan will teach groups of students, large or small, as required. Susan is also a certified teaching member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique www.stat.org.uk and Alexander Technique Education www.ate.org.au.
